Fight Against Money Laundering, Terrorism, and Corruption (AML/CFT)

Prevention of Financial Crimes: NEWORT adopts rigorous procedures to comply with regulations (Italian and European) against money laundering (AML) and terrorist financing (CFT). Every collaborator has a duty to promptly report suspicious operations, as per internal procedures.

Absolute Prohibition of Corruption: Any form of corruption, whether direct or indirect, aimed at public or private entities, is prohibited.

Policy on Gifts and Hospitality: Offering or receiving gifts, benefits, or hospitality that could, even potentially, influence the impartiality and independence of judgment in commercial relations is forbidden. Only gifts of symbolic value, in line with customs of courtesy, are permitted.

Regulatory Adherence: NEWORT ensures compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2007 (Anti-Money Laundering), Legislative Decree 231/2001 (Administrative Liability of Entities), and relevant international conventions.

Specific Training: All employees and collaborators receive periodic training on the risks of money laundering, terrorist financing, and corruption, as well as the related prevention and reporting procedures.
